Jeff Nishinaka Los Angeles born Paper Sculptor Jeff Nishinaka has gained international recognition in the last nineteen years though his unique 3-D representational art form. Following graduation in 1982 from The Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, with a BA in Fine Arts and illustration, Jeff has been commisioned to create sculptures for private collectors, respected publishers, and media giants.
